At SENAVAIA, we embrace all natural stones and organic materials, which means that each item may exhibit slight differences. We ensure that every piece we create fulfills our artistic vision, and we conduct a strict quality check before sending out our items.

30 Days Warranty for Bespoke Items

All bespoke items are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if an item does not meet your expectations due to craftsmanship issues, you are covered by our 30 days warranty for free repairs within the first month of purchase. To request a repair code, please fill out the repair form and email us at info@senavaia.com. You’ll need to ship the item back to us for repair.

Please send the item via a traceable carrier with a tracking number, and ensure it is packed in its original packaging with appropriate padding for your benefit. Items sent to our office without a repair code, packages shipped beyond the 30 days return window, or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from our facility, and we will handle the repair process.

For In-Stock Items

We accept returns for store credit and exchanges for products of equal value within 2 weeks of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please fill out the refurn form and email us at info@senavaia.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Returned items must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable for return or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than SENAVAIA will not be accepted. As with bespoke items, please send the item back via a traceable carrier with a tracking number, and ensure it is packed in its original packaging with appropriate padding for your benefits. Items sent to our office without a RAN or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted, please note that no store credit will be granted. For items returned after the 2-week limit, a handling fee will be applied, which will be directly deducted from the store credit. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from our facility, and we will manage the rest.
