At SENAVAIA, all jewelry pieces are made from precious metals (14K gold, 18K gold, or platinum) and may include semi-precious or precious stones. We make every effort to ensure that our digital catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. To give you the opportunity to view our products in detail, some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs. Variations may occur due to craftsmanship, lighting, and different monitor settings.

Natural stones used in jewelry may exhibit variations in color, pattern, and texture. This variability is part of the charm and beauty of natural gemstones, making every piece one-of-a-kind. Please consider this when making your selection.

On the site, we provide the measurements of our products based on manufacturing specifications. As all pieces at SENAVAIA are handmade, slight tolerances of 0.25mm are allowed. For jewelry set with multiple diamonds, precious, or semi-precious stones, we provide the total carat weight for the piece. The total carat weight in all purchases may vary by 0.05 carats from the stated weight. Color and clarity grades are expressed as an average; the quality is equal to or exceeds the average grade stated.

2. Pricing

Prices and data displayed on our site may occasionally be subject to inaccuracies due to system glitches or typographical errors. While we strive to maintain accuracy, such errors may still occur. We reserve the right to rectify any inaccuracies and do not honor incorrect prices.

If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will either contact you for further instructions before shipping or cancel the order and inform you of the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you agree to return the product or pay the difference between the actual price and the amount charged.

5. Exchanges and Returns

Special orders are final and cannot be refunded or returned. However, you are covered by our 30-day warranty for free repairs within the first month of purchase. For in-stock items, we accept returns for store credit and exchanges for products of equal value within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
